Dosage for Anxiety

Whether it’s sneaking up on you or a full scale panic attack, a squirt or more of tincture under your tongue starts working in as little 20 – 30 minutes to relieve that feeling. If you’re having anxiety on a regular basis, you may want to start dosing with CBD everyday to stimulate your endocannabinoid system. Using titration and the chart below, start at the lowest amount, add .05 – 5 mg every fourth day and stop increasing when you feel comfortable. As always, this is not solidified scientific fact, but seems to be what works for most CBD users! We believe in starting with the lowest effective dose, as each body is different.

Dosage for Pain

Pain is tricky, but easily more manageable with CBD. Acute and chronic pain alike, it is good to use a baseline dose (you can add more as you build a tolerance) to see what exactly works for your type of pain. Taking CBD tincture under your tongue and holding it there for 60 seconds.  When taken this way, the arterial blood supply under your tongue rapidly absorbs the present cannabinoids. With the correct dose, you’ll feel relief within 45 minutes to an hour, maybe sooner.
